Two builders. One shared conviction.
Sorce Signature Outdoors was founded on a straightforward idea: Tucson homeowners who invest in their outdoor spaces deserve a team that treats the backyard with the same precision and care as the home itself.
Wesley Sorce spent years in the United States Air Force, where ambiguity was not tolerated and execution was everything. Briefs were clear. Timelines were honored. Accountability was personal, not contractual. When Wesley transitioned to civilian life, he brought that operating rhythm to landscape construction because he believes a signed proposal should carry the same weight as a mission order.
Steven Faulkner was born and raised in Tucson. He grew up watching the Catalina Mountains shift color through the seasons, learning by instinct and experience how a Sonoran backyard should actually function. He knows where to place shade so it makes a difference in July, which materials endure the desert sun and which barely survive it, and how to frame a sightline so the mountains become part of the room.
Together, they formed Sorce Signature Outdoors, a firm where the person who designs the project is standing on the jobsite when the last stone is set.

Wesley Sorce
Wesley served in the United States Air Force before founding Sorce Signature Outdoors. His military career instilled a discipline that translates directly into how the company operates: scoped proposals, honest timelines, and zero tolerance for the ambiguity that plagues most construction projects. Wesley oversees operations, client communications, and project scheduling, ensuring every Sorce engagement runs with the precision the investment demands.
Steven Faulkner
Born and raised in Tucson, Steven brings a lifetime of Sonoran intuition to every project. He leads design and construction, translating client vision into site plans, 3D renderings, and material selections before a single shovel breaks ground. His approach is architectural in discipline and practical in execution. Every line on the drawing has a reason, and every material has been tested against the Tucson climate.
